BELL, 2ND Lt. Henry Spencer, R.F.A. (S.R.). ? For conspicuous gallantry in action. He displayed great courage and determination on several occasions when cutting enemy wire with his trench mortar battery. On one occasion he directed the fire from " No Man's Land." — Gazette, 10 January 1917.
